Returns & Exchanges

Made Just for You

Each LowCool item is made to order just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

This helps us reduce waste and keep every piece intentional rather than mass-produced.


If Something’s Wrong With Your Order

We’ll always make it right if there’s a production or shipping issue.

We gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With printing errors
  • Incorrect item or size shipped
  • Lost in transit (carrier confirmed)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable.


Sizing Help

We want you to love the fit the first time.

Each product includes:

  • Detailed size charts
  • Fit notes when available

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.


Need a Different Size?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer traditional size exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, you’re welcome to place a new order in the correct size. In some cases, we may offer a discount code toward a replacement order as a goodwill gesture.
